What is a gathering of the Knapp/Elinsky clans without halupki (stuffed cabbages)? My parents, Bob "Pops" Benz and Donna (Knapp) Benz serve up the culinary curiosities that Pops has been know to refer to as "Hunky Handgrenades." In the background, Don and Irene Knapp speak with Joe Poremba, husband of Barbara Kischler Poremba. In addition to halupki, there was plenty of pirohi, haluski and other foods of Eastern European descent.
